I realize that I already wrote one review for this company but I also wanted to acknowledge other employees who have greatly assisted us during our installation. Demetri was the installer and patiently explained everything that was going on, as well as openly admitted a few unexpected issues that made the installation more difficult. Tom Miller, the Operations Manager, was extremely understanding concerning the situation, and was very eager to assist in correcting the issue as soon as possible. He called several times to check on our status, which was greatly appreciated. Additionally, Penny Bickel was extraordinarily helpful during the process of finalizing the permit, making sure that all work was completed up to city code expectations. A new air conditioning system is certainly expensive and such an installation can be quite stressful, but it is a relief to do business with a company which is obviously trying to provide for complete customer satisfaction. I appreciate the service, and will look forward to continuing to do business with Abraham.
