The terms behind the promise on our logo, in plain language. They apply to the repair visits we perform.
What "You never pay twice" means
- One price: we give you one flat price for the repair before we start.
- If the same problem comes back within 30 days, we fix it at no charge.
- Comfort Club members: if the same issue fails again within 12 months of the repair we will fix it again at no cost.
