Most people know that an air conditioner helps to keep spaces cool, but did you know that your air conditioner and refrigerator have similarities in the way they work? Refrigerators help to chill a small area where the kitchen appliance is located, however, your air conditioner also helps to cool larger areas such as your office, or home. There is a central heating and cooling system present in both your air conditioner and refrigerator, allowing for cool air to pass through a sheet metal ductwork. If you want to know more about how your air conditioner works, look no further as we have all the information that you need.
Chemicals converting gas to liquid are used for your air conditioner to absorb them. These chemicals ensure that heat transference takes place with air indoors to outdoor air.
There are three primary parts in an A/C unit. This includes the compressor, the condenser as well as the evaporator. Your air conditioner’s condenser and compressor usually lie on the outer surface of the air conditioning system. However, the evaporator is located on the inner surface of the air conditioning system.
The compressor absorbs the cooling fluid where the state of the gas is low in pressure. This allows for the molecules in the liquid to be filled closely together as the compressor helps to squeeze this gas/fluid. The temperature and energy rise depends on how closely the compressor squeezes these molecules together.
When the heat from the refrigerant is transferred outdoors, the cold refrigerant travels back indoors to the evaporator. This process repeats itself until your home’s indoor temperature reaches the desired level. The thermostat then tells the A/C to shut off so that it won’t continue consuming more electricity than it should. This is a useful feature that helps homeowners save money on their utility bills.
The compressor clears the fluid and moves it to the condenser. This takes places when the fluid is at a high pressure and its gas is extremely hot.
Once the fluid leaves the condenser, its temperature is much cooler. The state also changes from gas to liquid due to its high pressure. The evaporator allows for the fluid to travel through a narrow hole, but the pressure of the fluid decreases once it travels to the other side of the passageway. During this process, the fluid starts to turn into gas. Heat is also given off from the surrounding air.

Abraham A/C is 5 star all the way. From the first phone conversation with Claudia to the final clean up after installation, Adam and his crew were professional, prompt and courteous. The estimate was fair and reasonable compared to the others I received. I highly recommend Abraham A/C.

Absolutely love this company! My a/c unit had an issue and Abraham sent someone over that day. Claudia whom handled my call was sweet and professional. The technician Adam was great..poor thing went on to my roof in a rain shower to check on the unit with no complaint. He was very thorough and serviced the unit rather quickly. Overall price was lower then I expected. With all the rift raft out there, I was very happy I chose to go with Abraham. Thank you!!
